Group Health is another  long standing client we have enjoyed working with over the years. From 2021 to 2024, we completed 35,000 sqft of office space for Group Health. Additionally, our team has worked on tenant improvements, demising, and general building maintenance on behalf of Group Health. We have also had the pleasure of working with many of their tenants directly, helping them to create new and functional spaces for their businesses.

• 20,000 sqft of office space divided into five separate offices (2021)

Since 2010, we have proudly partnered with Elkay Developments to manage and complete all tenant improvements within the Morgan Creek Corporate Center. This 70,000 sqft, three-floor tilt-up concrete building is home to a variety of businesses, including accountants, insurance agencies, and professional advisors. Our team has built a reputation for consistently delivering functional and high-quality office spaces tailored to the unique needs of each tenant.

Our long-standing relationship with the building’s tenants, owners, and property managers is a testament to our commitment to exceptional service. In addition to tenant improvements, we have also held the maintenance contract for the building’s common areas for over 15 years, ensuring a seamless and well-maintained environment for all who work and visit the Morgan Creek Corporate Center. This project continues to be a cornerstone of our business, showcasing our dedication to quality and reliability.
