Designing and building a project is a big undertaking, but we’ll guide you through the whole process. Using our decades of experience, we’ll help you with everything from permitting to material selection. You’ll never be left wondering what’s going on with your project as we believe communication is key! Your construction manager will keep you up to date throughout your project and be available to answer any questions. Here at BRC, we don’t just aim to build incredible spaces, we are also building rock-solid relationships with our clients.
1 initial consultation
Tell us all about your vision for your space. We want to hear all your ideas, big and small, how you intend to use the space, and any special considerations. Taking from our decades of experience, we’ll offer insights and ideas to refine the vision, as well as offer practical suggestions for how the project can be realized.
2 cost estimate
Operating with transparency, our quotes are highly detailed, showing costs in a clear and straightforward manner. Still debating between different options? We’ll clearly communicate the cost options for each so you can make the right choice for you and your project.
3 commissioning of brc contracting
You’ve decided to trust us with your project—it’s something we are grateful for and don’t take lightly. We’ll dot some “I’s” and cross some “T’s” on the paperwork, and you’ll make an initial deposit towards the project.
4 making final decisions
For a lot of clients, this is the really fun part—you get to go shopping for all your furnishings and fixtures. We’ll provide you with a listed of trusted suppliers so you can shop with confidence, knowing the items you choose will not only look incredible, but also be of high-quality.
5 final costing & project timeline
Now that your furnishing and fixtures have been selected, variables have been decided on, and we’ve gone to our labour pool to determine exact prices for carpentry, plumbing, electrical etc., we are able to give you more exact pricing for your project. We’ll communicate any potential changes with you over the course of the project, maintaining our commitment to transparency and integrity. This is when we will also agree on a start date, as well as setting a date of completion.
