Built in the 1940’s, this Art Deco home needed a renovation, but we were thrilled the homeowners wanted to honour the vintage charm within the new design. Collaborating with designer Jill Casson Interiors, we were able to renovate this home to provide the owners with modern functionality while preserving as much of the original features as possible, including the curved walls, and art deco tiles. In addition to preserving the 1940’s charm, we wanted to highlight the 180-degree view, using natural materials and a coastal inspired palette. The complete renovation included reconstruction of the foundation, custom millwork, new curved windows, and installing oak hardwood floors throughout. This was a dream project for our team to be a part of and together we created a beautiful home that blends modern convenience with heritage charm and craftsmanship.

Our team worked closely with the homeowners to renovate their house inside and out to bring their vision for their home to life. The exterior renovation included the filling in of a dangerous and dilapidated pool and creating an outdoor entertaining space centred around a spa. Inside, much consideration was taken to create the large and inviting open-concept living, dining and kitchen areas, complete with high-end materials and finishes. A legal secondary suite was also designed and built to generate income for the homeowners. Together, we transformed this house into a functional and beautiful home.

Partnering with the team at Juniper and Jill Casson Interiors, we created a high-end clinic that is warm and inviting for patients to receive the care they need. Gynecology and obstetrics is often viewed as a more intimate medicine, so we prioritized designing and building a clinic space where clients would feel at ease. The team at Juniper provide exceptional care to their patients, and the elegant, high-quality finishes in the clinic subtly lets patients know they are receiving the best care available.

With four medical services locations built together and another underway, we’ve enjoyed a long-standing partnership with the team at Elysian Health. From diagnosis to recovery, Elysian Health offers their patients a holistic approach to their care. The soothing design and build of each location is part of that holistic approach as environment plays a crucial factor in our wellbeing. Working with the team at Elysian, we have carefully created healthcare spaces that enhance the health and healing of their patients.

Group Health is another long standing client we have enjoyed working with over the years. From 2021 to 2024, we completed 35,000 sqft of office space for Group Health. Additionally, our team has worked on tenant improvements, demising, and general building maintenance on behalf of Group Health. We have also had the pleasure of working with many of their tenants directly, helping them to create new and functional spaces for their businesses.

Since 2010, we have proudly partnered with Elkay Developments to manage and complete all tenant improvements within the Morgan Creek Corporate Center. This 70,000 sqft, three-floor tilt-up concrete building is home to a variety of businesses, including accountants, insurance agencies, and professional advisors. Our team has built a reputation for consistently delivering functional and high-quality office spaces tailored to the unique needs of each tenant.
Our long-standing relationship with the building’s tenants, owners, and property managers is a testament to our commitment to exceptional service. In addition to tenant improvements, we have also held the maintenance contract for the building’s common areas for over 15 years, ensuring a seamless and well-maintained environment for all who work and visit the Morgan Creek Corporate Center. This project continues to be a cornerstone of our business, showcasing our dedication to quality and reliability.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with the team at SCI since 2009. For every project we do with SCI, it is important to us to honour and respect the service they offer to our community and the delicate nature of their business. Each of the more than 40 funeral homes and crematoriums we have designed and built in partnership with SCI are dignified and peaceful. During the process we manage logistics, safety, and efficiency, while complying with specific and specialized building standards and policies. The service SCI provides is crucial and we are honoured to continue this long-standing partnership with their team.
